  • Press Kit Critique Request Form
  • Payment (See #1 below for payment details)
  • Photo(s) (see #2 below)
  • Bio (see #2 below)
  • Cover Letter
  • Cassette Or CD Of Song(s) To Be Critiqued (include no more than five songs)
  • Typed Lyric Sheet Including Song Composer(s)
  • And any other relevant information (including selected press clippings or reviews)

(1) All funds must be paid in advance of service. You may pay via Paypal, cashiers check or money order made payable to Must Have Music. When using Paypal, please use our email address info@musthavemusic.com. Personal checks will be accepted but funds must clear prior to the rendering of any services

(2) We can provide this service without this information, but please include as much material as you expect to send to an industry professional.
